Happy Tutorial Tuesday! This is a great tutorial-ized image of the best way to get your cat eyes like mine. make the outline and fill it in, when working with liquid that is the best way to go. i extend mine out to the tip of my eyebrow like amy winehouse and i always use Sephora brand black liquid liner. use a primer (urban decay primer potion is the best!) for a long day/night of wear so your cat won’t roam! meow!
