Treat yourself when you workout! if working out is not easy for you, have something to look forward to at the end of your routine. the key is to make sure this treat is not going to reverse what you just worked towards (cupcake, cheesecake, liter of coke). mine is coconut water. i’ll treat myself to some at my corner store at the end of my block, i love it and it hydrates you so well!
