Happy Fashion Friday! 

Mary Katzranzou is amazing. i love her wildly printed, colorful clothing, her collab with tobshop, everything. she designs some crazy cool stuff. Thinking about the designer behind the brand is funny, because of what she designs, you would never expect to see her in all black…but thats the only color i’ve ever seen her in!

In a recent phone interview i was asked what my go-to outfit was and i thought about it, black. i was sitting in an all black dress with black flats as i answered her and i realized that most days, i’m running out of the house in black skinny jeans and a tight black tee (both usually from the Gap). im covered in colorful accessories, red lipstick, nails, bracelets, rings, earrings, gold belts, etc. but still, i’m wearing mostly black. the clothes i design are much more colorful than what i wear on any given day, and i think it’s funny to see other designers that this also holds true for.
